Penelope Jane KeoghPALMERPeacefully on 29th August 2025 after a sudden, short illness at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. Beloved mother of Fleur and Alastair, much loved grandmother to Abigail and Rhys, cherished sister to Stephen, Julian and Nicholas and sister-in-law to Kay and Sarah. Loved and dearly missed by her nieces, nephew, cousins, wider family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A private interment will be held at 10am on Friday 10th October 2025 at St James's Church, Rudry, followed by a memorial service at 11.30am at St Augustine's Church, Church Place South, Penarth. A celebration of her life will take place afterwards.
Family flowers only. The family kindly requests donations in lieu of flowers to Velindre Cancer Charity.
